Optical Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design, selection, manufacturing, testing and quality control of the endoscope camera module and LED lighting module;
2. Responsible for establishing product technical standards, assembly process requirements and inspection methods for endoscope image system (lighting, camera, transmission, processing, display);
3. Be responsible for the selection, development, customization, testing and productization of special camera lenses and image sensors for endoscopes;
4. Be responsible for the design, model selection, installation, commissioning, testing and productization of the multispectral light combining optical system of the endoscope LED lighting source;
5. Track the whole process of products from prototype, mass production to clinical trial and marketing promotion, timely find problems in optical parts, propose solutions and put them into practice;
6. Develop, organize and standardize optical technical documents.

Job requirements
1. Master degree or above in optical engineering, photoelectric technology, optical electromechanical integration and other related majors;
2. Master the basic knowledge of optical instrument design and development and have practical design experience;
3. Understand the basic principles of optical imaging and lighting, and experience in lens design, projector design and manufacturing is preferred;
4. Master the basic knowledge of optical instrument design and development and have practical design experience;
5. Have a good command of the methods and tools for the calibration and debugging of the optical system, and have the practical ability;
6. Be able to skillfully use an optical design software for optical system design, and be able to skillfully use mechanical design software for optical and mechanical structure design;
7. Have strong logical thinking ability, good communication and coordination ability, teamwork spirit, good learning ability, hands-on ability and ability to solve problems.
